Game Introduction:
Drunken Boxing is a fun sports action ragdoll boxing game that delivers an unpredictable twist on traditional sports gaming. See the chaos that happens when two boxers play when they are a little tipsy in the ring. With its whimsical physics and outrageous character movements, you'll discover that landing a solid punch is far more challenging than it appears—after all, your inebriated state keeps you stumbling and swaying.
How to Play:
Drunken Boxing gameplay is pretty straightforward using your WASD keys, but each move will yield mixed results, so keep bashing to try and get some kind of ‘punching’ action going. As a physics-based game, each move may appear a bit clumsy, but that’s a natural consequence of your guided controls. Use the left and right arrows to throw punches with each hand while pressing the down arrow, which shifts you into a defensive stance, retreating and potentially cornering yourself. Conversely, the up arrow propels you into an offensive position, charging forward toward your opponent. If you’re playing the 2-player game, use WASD to move if you are on the left side. If you’re on the right, use the arrow keys. Your movements may not always be as crisp as you'd like, so it’s crucial to start punching immediately—hesitate, and you risk being attacked and losing control of your punches. Your objective is to knock out your opponent before your energy runs out. An energy bar above each player indicates how close you are to a knockout. If your energy depletes completely, you'll be knocked out of the ring and lose the round. To win the game, you need to be the first to secure five match victories—the first to five takes home the championship! You can challenge the CPU for practice or join a friend for a head-to-head showdown.
